We currently aim to serve customers across the United Kingdom. Delivery availability may depend on your location and the size or type of product ordered.

2. Shipping Charges

Our planned delivery charges are:

• England, including London: £20

• Wales: £20

• Scotland: £30

• Northern Ireland and other locations: Delivery availability and charges will be confirmed before your order is processed.

Any applicable delivery charge will be displayed at checkout or communicated to you before your order is confirmed.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed after payment has been confirmed. Please allow 1–3 working days for processing, provided this reflects our current fulfilment arrangements.

Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays may begin processing on the next working day.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Standard delivery is estimated at 2–5 working days after dispatch. Delivery may take longer for bulky furniture, large wall-panel orders, remote locations or circumstances beyond our control.

These timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. We will communicate any significant delays where possible.

Where tracking is available, we will share the relevant tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are accurate when placing your order.
